Roof Leak Causes Mold

The wall in this living room in this Greeley, CO home was starting to mold due to a leak in the roof. Once the roof leak was repaired, the ceiling drywall was showing mold growth and had to be taken care of. Our crew was able to clean and get rid of mold. With that complete we were able to seal all the drywall with antimicrobial paint until the homeowner could get a painter onsite to repaint the treated area. The customer is an elder couple and was very grateful to have the fungus taken care of.
