Broken Pipe

This happens a lot.  A customer notices water on floor and doesn't know where it is coming from.  When there are pipes in the walls, we try to minimize the drywall we have to remove due to moisture. Upon our inspection we were able to detect the exact location of the leak, therefore, minimizing the amount of drywall that had to be removed.  Our customer appreciated that we did not remove the entire wall of drywall; therefore decreasing the dollar amount of restoring the area.  The customer was thankful for our cost saving expertise as this was a self-pay and the customer did not want to file a claim if possible.
